Terms of Use

Mesa Careers CRM  ·  Effective: 20 April 2026  ·  Last updated: 20 April 2026
Internal-use platform. The Mesa Careers CRM is an internal tool operated by Mesa School of Business ("Mesa", "we", "our"). Access is restricted to authorised users — current Mesa students, mentors, professors, Mesa Points-of-Contact (POCs), and administrative staff. It is not a public or consumer-facing product, and accounts are not available for self sign-up by the general public.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mesa Careers CRM web application and APIs (the "Platform"), available at careers-crm.mesaschool.co.in and served by careers-crm-backend.mesaschool.co.in. By signing in or otherwise using the Platform you ("User") agree to these Terms.

2. Eligible users

The Platform is provisioned only for the following user categories:

Accounts are created by Mesa administrators. Attempted access by anyone outside these categories is unauthorised and is treated as a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

3. Account security

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you will not:

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of resumes, portfolios, project artefacts, feedback, and other content you upload or create on the Platform ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Mesa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and share it with other authorised Platform users and with third parties engaged in Mesa's placement and academic processes (recruiters, evaluators, collaborating faculty) strictly for the purposes for which it was submitted. This licence survives termination only to the extent necessary for Mesa's legitimate record-keeping, statutory, and regulatory obligations.

6. Mesa's intellectual property

The Platform, including its source code, UI, curriculum content, report card templates, generated reports, analytics, and trade marks, is owned by Mesa or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except the limited right of access described in these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Platform integrates with third-party services — including Google Workspace APIs (Calendar, OAuth, Cloud Storage, Gemini), MongoDB Atlas, Redis Cloud, WhatsApp (via Interakt), and SMTP email. Your use of Platform features that rely on these services is additionally subject to the respective third parties' terms. Mesa is not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by those third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Google API user data disclosure

When you authorise Mesa's use of your Google account (for example, to sync calendar events), Mesa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Availability and modifications

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mesa may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, endpoint, or the entire Platform at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or programme-related reasons.

10. Termination

Your access terminates automatically when you cease to be a Mesa student, mentor, professor, or staff member, subject to a reasonable wind-down period (for example, alumni may retain limited read access at Mesa's discretion). Mesa may also suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, of programme policies, or of applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Mesa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or AI-generated content inaccuracies. The total aggregate liability of Mesa for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform is limited to INR 5,000.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to these Terms

Mesa may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Contact
